wever

Terms of service

Effective 19 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and wever. In short: you own what you put in, your team can see it, the app is offered as-is, and you can stop using it at any time.

What wever is

wever is an online planner for event teams: timelines and countdowns, tasks with owners, packing and shopping lists, and post-event results. It is a tool for organising your work. It does not take bookings, handle payments from your customers, or supply the food, staff or equipment you plan for.

Your account

You must be able to enter into a contract to use wever, and your username, email and company details must be true. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

A company admin decides who joins, and can invite people, change company information, and make another member an admin. Anything an admin does to your company's settings counts as something your company agreed to.

Your content

You keep what you add — events, tasks, lists, results, notes, logos. You give us permission to store, copy and show it to your team, and to use it to run the app (for example, to suggest tasks you used before, or to calculate totals and profit).

You confirm you have the right to add what you add, and that it does not break anyone else's rights.

Fair use

Don't use wever to store or share anything unlawful, harmful or someone else's private data without their say-so. Don't try to break into it, probe its security, overload it, or pull data out in bulk. Don't resell it as your own product without talking to us first.

Availability, offline use and limits

wever is provided as it is, and can be updated, paused or withdrawn. The app is built for phone use, often in places with poor signal: when you are offline, ticks on tasks and list items are saved on your device and sent when a connection returns, while other changes need a connection to be made.

Please don't rely on wever for anything safety-critical. Timings, totals and profit figures are calculated from what you enter, and you are responsible for checking them before you act on them.

Signing in with Google or Apple

Where you use a Google or Apple button, those companies provide the sign-in and their own terms apply to that part of it.

Fees

wever does not charge you anything today. If we ever introduce fees, we will say so before you are asked to pay, and the price you agree to will apply to your company.

Ending this

You can stop using wever at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close access if the fair-use rules above are badly or repeatedly broken, and we will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, wever is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost bookings, or for anything beyond the amount you have paid us (which, today, is nothing). Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page and point to the change in the app. If a change does not work for you, you can stop using wever and ask for your account to be deleted.
